1. Ordering and paying for services
A client can book a massage or other service in person, by phone, online or through a booking system. Services can be paid for in advance (online, by bank transfer) or directly on site.
2. Cancellation or change of date
If the client wishes to cancel or change the date, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment:
→ Free cancellation or rescheduling option.
→ In the case of a prepaid amount, the payment will be refunded in full. -
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment:
→ We charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
→ The remaining amount will be refunded. -
Absence without notice (no-show):
→ We charge 100% of the service price, with no refunds.
3. Dissatisfaction with the service
If the client is not satisfied with the service, it is necessary to inform us immediately after the procedure is completed. Complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted.
In the event of a justified complaint, the operator may:

offer a free replacement date,
-
refund part or all of the amount,
-
provide another form of compensation (e.g. a gift voucher).
4. Gift certificates and prepaid packages

Gift vouchers and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

If the service is not used, the voucher can be transferred to another person.

After expiration (12 months from purchase), the voucher is invalid.
5. Refund method

Refunds of overpayments or acknowledged complaints will be made in the same way as the payment was received (e.g. bank transfer, cash), no later than 14 business days.
6. Final provisions
These rules are in accordance with Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
