1. General provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the service provider (hereinafter referred to as the "operator") and the client when providing massage and relaxation services.
1.2. By ordering the service, the client confirms that he has read these GTC and agrees with them.
1.3. The GTC are available on the operator's website and physically in the salon premises.
2. Orders and reservations
2.1. Services can be ordered in person, by phone, by email or via the online booking system.
2.2. The reservation is binding after its confirmation by the operator.
2.3. The operator reserves the right to refuse or postpone a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, technical problems).
3. Price list and payment terms
3.1. The current price list for services is available on the website and in the salon.
3.2. Payment for services is made in cash, by card or by transfer as agreed.
3.3. The operator reserves the right to require a deposit when booking selected services or packages.
4. Cancellation policy and refund
4.1. The client may cancel or change the reserved date no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
4.2. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or in case of non-participation without notice, the operator charges a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the price.
4.3. In case of dissatisfaction with the service, the client has the right to file a complaint immediately after it is provided.
4.4. Refund conditions are regulated in separate cancellation and refund policies.
5. Client's health condition
5.1. The client is obliged to inform the staff about their health condition, which could affect the course or safety of the massage.
5.2. The operator is not responsible for health complications arising from the client's concealment of important health information.
5.3. The operator has the right to refuse to provide the service in case of health contraindications.
6. Protection of personal data
6.1. The operator processes personal data of clients in accordance with the GDPR regulation and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
6.2. The data is used only for the purposes of booking, providing services and communicating with customers.
6.3. Details on data protection are provided in the privacy policy (GDPR policy).
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Operator reserves the right to change these GTC. Changes shall enter into force on the date of their publication.
7.2. Relationships not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
7.3. By sending or confirming the reservation, the client expresses his/her agreement to these GTC.
